How to use QA Reviewer

A quick guide from upload to export

Open a workbook

Drop an .xlsx file onto the start screen or choose it from your device. It must contain a qa_pairs sheet with the expected headers.

Review each QA pair

Compare the question and answer with the source text, then mark faithfulness, clarity, grammar, and accuracy as Yes or No.

Explain problems

Choosing No focuses the relevant revision field. Add a correction. Use Flag and evaluator notes when something needs another look.

Track the review

Use search, filters, and Overview to find incomplete, problematic, flagged, or export-blocking records. Progress saves automatically in this browser.

Export the result

Select Export, resolve the listed blockers, and download the reviewed workbook. Its original sheets and formatting are preserved.
